Moving cursor unselects whatever was selected with the UI navigation keys
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the SelectionEventsTest.unity scene
3. Press play. The redPane is selected at the start
4. Use the UI navigation keys to navigate to (and select) any pane
5. Move the mouse cursor. Notice how it immediately unselects whatever was selected with the UI navigation keys
6. Repeat 4 and 5 indefinetly
Obvious workaround that doesn't work:
Setting Navigation to None for every selectable part seems like it could work but it doesn't. When a selectable part is selected by clicking on it, the UI navigation keys still make moving the cursor unselect what was clicked on.
