Mouse coordinates reported as (0,0) until the first move
-error: see title, the old input reports the mouse position correctly from the beginning
-repro:
--open SampleScene from attached project
--open editor console window
--press play but and stop moving the mouse
--NOTICE:
---New Input reports the coordinates as 0.0
---Old Input reports the actual coordinates
--move the mouse
--notice that now New Input is reporting the actual coordinates too
