Motion vectors for objects remain nonzero after stopping them
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene "main"
3. Enter play mode
4. Slowly move object up and stop while keeping it visible by Main Camera
Actual result: Previous state of motion will be "burned in" to the motion vector texture. (check attached video)
Expected result: The motion vector texture should become black
Note: Unfocusing/focusing Editor updates the motion vector texture
Regression introduced in 5.6.0a5 (39b2fb1e9eea)
