MonoManager ReloadAssembly crash when continuously recompiling scripts
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user attached project from case case 1278006
2. Open Scene "Level1"
3. Open SceneController.cs
4. Continuously change, save script and focus Unity (usually takes about 30 iterations, but sometimes takes up to 100)
Reproducible with: 2020.1.5f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a11
Seemingly not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a13, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a6
Cannot test with 2020.2.0a12 due to the repro project crashing on opening
Notes:
- Doesn't seem to reproduce on an empty project
- Reproduction rate might be related to the amount of code it needs to recompile
- Sometimes crashes silently with "Assertion at ..\mono\mini\mini-generic-sharing.c:877, condition `oti' not met" produced in the logs right before the crash
