[MonoDevelop] Using UnityEditor.iOS.Xcode results in MonoDevelop error on OSX
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Open /Assets/Editor/Test.cs in MonoDevelop.
3) In MonoDevelop press Build > Build all.
The build will fail with an error 'The type or namespace name `Xcode' does not exist in the namespace `UnityEditor.iOS'. Are you missing an assembly reference?' This issue does not occur on Windows. The issue can be worked around by manually referencing UnityEditor.iOS.Extensions.Xcode.
