Mono.Cecil.BaseType.Resolve is unable to resolve a parent class which resides in another DLL module
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached TPC.zip project
2. Build the Standalone Player
Expected:
The Build succeeds without errors
Actual:
Something went wrong while Post Processing the assembly (Game.dll) :
Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at Unity.Properties.CodeGen.Utility+<GetPropertyMembers>d__12.MoveNext () [0x000df] in D:\TPC\TPC\Library\PackageCache\com.unity.properties@1.2.0-preview\Editor\Unity.Properties.CodeGen\Utility.cs:245
Reproducible with: 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a16

Could not nest with earlier versions because of the thrown errors
