Model's Event timeline displaying the time incorrectly
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "timeline.zip"
2. Click on "Shoveling" model in the Project folder
3. In the Inspector window, Click on "Animation"
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Inspector window and extend "Events"
5. Inspect the "Events" timeline
Expected result: The time values should be 0:750, 0:830,0:920, 1:000
Actual result: The time values are 0:075, 0:083, 0:092 and the an illogical jump to 1:000 instead of 0:100. (see attached image "IncorrectTime.png")
Reproduced on: 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.2.0f2, 2017.3.0b2
