[Mobile] If 'Clear Flags' option is set to 'Don't Clear' on camera the whole screen is rendered black
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Attach scene 'Main' to build.
3) Deploy to Android device or iOS device via Xcode.
4) Open the app.
The screen becomes black as soon as the app launches. Everything is functional - GUI buttons can be pressed (pressing in the middle of the screen opens keyboard).
If the project is re-built with 'Clear Flags' option of 'UICamera' in the scene set to 'Solid Color' the issue disappears. This issue occurs on both Android and iOS devices. Tested with both Metal and OpenGLES2.
