Mixed Light source is affecting the static objects that already have the lighting baked when it's loaded from bundle
Key elements of reproduction: Mixed Light mode, asset bundles and Multi-loaded scenes
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. In Editor's main toolbar, go to Build > Player Using AssetBundles
3. After bundles are built, enter Play mode ("Loader" scene)
4. Try toggling between Single Scene and Multi Scene (issue is at the Multi Scene)
Expected: scene objects are not affected by lighting as lighting is already baked
Actual: scene objects with baked lighting are also affected by light source
Reproduced in: 2017.4.29f1f, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.6f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Note1: it does not matter which scene is loaded as additive, nor which of the two scenes contains the light - reproduces in both occasions
Note2: does not reproduce if light type is set to Baked
