"MissingReferenceException" is thrown into the Console window when trying to set HDRI sky from imported asset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “HDRIrepro“
2. Open Package Manager and go to “My Assets“
3. Install any asset which contains HDRI Sky Cubemap
4. Open Edit > Project Settings
5. Open HDRP Global settings > HDRI Sky
6. Select Sky Cubemap from the imported asset
Expected result: Sky Cubemap successfully selected
Actual result: “MissingReferenceException“ thrown into the console window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS Ventura 13.1
