Missing "value" attribute for Slider and SliderInt in UI Builder
Slider and SliderInt are missing their value attribute in the UI Builder inspector.
This was introduced by this PR: [https://ono.unity3d.com/unity/unity/pull-request/144036]
So it only affects 2023.1.
