Microphone capability error gives false information on Windows Phone 8
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project which makes use of Microphone class
2. Build and deploy it onto WP8 device. Make sure capability 'ID_CAP_MICROPHONE' is disabled.
3. Run it and use microphone
4. See log for error: Capability 'ID_CAP_MICROPHONE' is required, please enable it in Package.appxmanifest, because you're using Microphone functionality.
Capability should be enabled in WMAppManifest.xml file for microphone functionality, not in Package.appxmanifest
