Miscrosoft.CodeAnalysis.LanguageServer crashes when duplicating and moving method attribute
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. In the Project window find and double-click the “Assets/TestScript.cs“ script to open it in VSCode or another IDE
3. Place the mouse cursor on line 19
4. Perform Shift + Alt + Arrow Down (in VSCode) to duplicate method attribute
5. Perform Alt + Arrow Down (in VSCode) to move the method attribute line to the line above the GetHashCode() method (line 24)
6. Observe the “Client Miscrosoft.CodeAnalysis.LanguageServer: connection to server is erroring. Shutting down server.“ pop-up at the lower-right corner of VSCode
Reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.42f1, 6000.0.15f1
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
