Mip maps of compressed PowerVR textures are generated
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project and import a texture.
2. Select imported texture to open import settings. If generating mip maps is enabled and image is compressed for PowerVR, its lowest resolution mip maps will be generated incorrectly. Slide though mip map levels to see the artifacts.
