Mip map generation for sprites on AMD Radeon GPU's is broken
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "MipMap error". It contains two sprites - one with mip maps enabled and one with disabled
3. Notice how the sprite with mip maps enabled is transparent - as if the smallest mip map is being used. Disabling mip maps returns the sprite to normal
Seems to be an issue specific to AMD Radeon gpus
