DirectX 11 crashes when using an AMD Radeon HD 7000 GPU
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project on a Windows machine using an AMD Radeon HD 7000
- Add a video component to the scene
- Build and run in DX11
- Observe the crash with an error
Actual results: The project crashes
Expected results: The project runs normally
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.2
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.29
Notes:
- The error code is "GpuFence::Create(): Failed to create ID3D11Fence, error 0x80070057"
