Middle mouse button drag in the Tilemap Palette window results in errors
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Tile Palette window (Window>2D>Tile Palette)
2. Dock it next to the Scene View
3. Middle mouse button drag in the Scene View
4. Middle mouse button drag on the empty area in the Tile Palette window
Expected result: nothing happens
Actual result: two errors are thrown
