Microphone.devices returns empty if the setting "Disable Unity Audio" is turned on in Standalone builds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have at least 1 microphone connected
2. Download and open the attached project
3. Make sure "Disable Unity Audio" is turned on in Audio settings
4. Build for Standalone
6. Launch the build
7. Select "Host" in the game instance
Expected result: a list of connected Microphones is displayed
Actual result: no microphones are displayed
Reproduced on 5.5.4p2, 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1p4, 2017.2.0f1, 2017.3.0b3
Notes:
-The same behaviour does not appear to happen in the editor - microphones are detected regardless of the setting

I have no idea how this could have been marked "By Design"
if you are using external audio engines (such as FMOD) you still need access to a list of microphone devices?
