Meshes with Alpha Cutoff shader value at 0 have a lower GI contribution
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project and open TestScene01 (Assets > Scenes)
2. In the Hierarchy view enable the Opaque game object, and disable AlphaCutoff game object
3. Navigate to the Lighting Settings window and bake the lighting
4. In the Hierarchy view, disable the Opaque game object, and enable AlphaCutoff game object
5. Bake the lighting again
6. Notice that the red cube has a lower GI contribution to the plane it is sitting on top of
