Regression
No
Overload is missing when executing SkinnedMeshRenderer.BakeMesh function for Mesh vertices to be relative to parent’s Scale
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's "unity-mesh-bake-bug-master.zip" Scene labeled "TestMeshBake"
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Game View
Expected: Scaled and baked GameObject has its vertices relative to unscaled GameObject's SkinnedMeshRenderer's transform
Actual: Scaled and baked GameObject doesn't have its vertices relative to unscaled GameObject's SkinnedMeshRenderer's transform
Reproduced in: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.19f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a20

Resolution Note (fix version 2020.2):
Overload has been added to BakeMesh to take baking into account. By default this is set to false to keep backwards compatibility. Fix available in Unity 2020.2.0a3 and above.
