Meshes flicker when Wireframe Draw Mode is selected and Graphics API is set to Direct3D12
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. In the Scene view, select the Wireframe Draw Mode from the Options toolbar
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The cube's mesh does not flicker
Actual result: The cube's mesh flickers
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b5, 6000.0.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.30f1, 2023.3.0b4
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Not reproducible with Direct3D11

Still happens in Unity 6000.0.14. Windows 10. Wireframe + Shaded Wireframe mode.
