Mesh normals look inverted when the Entities SubScene is disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “NormalsRendering”
2. Open the “Assets/OutdoorsScene” Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select and enable the “New Sub Scene” SubScene
4. Inspect the Scene view
5. Disable the “New Sub Scene” SubScene
6. Inspect the Scene view again
Expected result: The rendered model lighting doesn’t change how it looks when enabling/disabling the SubScene

Reproducible with: 1.0.8 (2022.3.12f1), 1.0.16 (2022.3.12f1)
Reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
