Mesh disappears when DrawMesh is called from the EditorWindow
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the '1384727_sample' project
2. Go to the Menu Item 'Example -> ExampleWindow'
3. Move the cursor around the Editor
Expected result: the Mesh is always visible in the Scene View while the EditorWindow is active
Actual result: the Mesh is displayed just when the cursor is in random areas of the Editor
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 (the Mesh doesn't appear at all)

Resolution Note:
The Sceneview only repaints when necessary, e.g. something has changed. In this case the Editor window decides to draw a cube but does not tell the SceneView to repaint. Calling SceneView.RepaintAll() after DrawMesh results in the expected behavior for the SceneView. Do note that a set up like this is not advisable. It may result in unnecessary repainting of the SceneView which can get costly.
