Memory Profiler package not compatible with due to #ifdef in EditorUtilityCompatibilityHelper.cs
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "MemProfileCompatible"
2. Observe Console window
Expected result: No error is thrown
Actual result: "CS0103: The name 'EditoUtilityCompatibilityHelper' does not exist in the current context" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1 (0.1.0-preview.7 - 0.2.3-preview.2), 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1 (0.2.3-preview.2), 2019.4.0f1 (0.1.0-preview.6),
