[Memory Profiler] Editor hangs on the "Importing Assets" window when opening a memory snapshot bigger than 4 GB
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-13984” project
2. Open the “Window → Analysis → Memory Profiler” window in the menu
3. Select the “Scoped Registry Test” memory snapshot to load
Expected result: Memory snapshot loads within a minute
Actual result: Editor indefinitely hangs with “OverflowException” thrown in the Console log
Reproducible with: 0.7.1-preview.1 (2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1), 1.0.0-pre.3 (2022.2.0b5, 2023.1.0a6)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.3 (Intel), Windows 11

Resolution Note:
This has been fixed, as in the snapshots no longer crashes when opening. It does however take around 10 minutes to open, this is currently being investigated as a separate issues
