Memory leaks when resizing Game or Scene window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Task Manager
3. Resize Game or Scene window
Expected results: When changing Game/Scene window size memory usage should not change
Actual results: After rescaling window for ~20 second memory consumption reaches 5gb (In windows 10)
Note: In Windows 7 memory consumption happens slower. In MacOS 10.12.5 doesn't reproduce.

Not reproducible with: 2017.1.0p3
