Mecanim conditional transition not started immediately at end of non-looping animation when conditions are met
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play Scene1 scene
3. Press the button labeled "Reset"
4. If pressed during the animation, the animation will begin again immediately after it has finished
5. If pressed after the animation completes, it will not begin again until after a short delay
Expected: It should restart immediately or the state should never transition. Instead, the state transitions when the normalized time is 2.
By Design because ExitTime is a special kind of condition that is only true during the given time is attained. There aren't any special cases for non-looping animations.
