[Mecanim] Clips in layers with Additive Blending do not get added as additive poses
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Load Scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Select Snuffelfant Game Object
4. Slide the mood slider on the CharControl Script to change animations
Expected result: the animations get blended together with additive poses
Actual result: the animations do not seem to be affected by additive poses
Reproduced with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.3.0a8
