Mecanim and SimpleAnimation playables do not apply animation on their first frame
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "New folder.zip";
2. Open the FirstFrameTest scene;
3. Press "Pause" and then "Play" button.
Expected results: All three different models (Legacy, Mecanim, and SimpleAnimation animation systems) enter their position on the first frame.
Actual results: Only Legacy animation system model enters its position.
Reproduced on: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p2, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.0f1, 2018.1.0b12, 2018.2.0a5.

Resolution Note:
During the 1st frame of Playmode it's expected to be in T-Stance. The instantiation behaviour will be investigated.
