Maya Binary file freezes the editor when importing it to the project
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Try importing the attached Maya Binary file
Expected: .mb file is imported into the project
Actual: editor freezes indefinitely
Reproduced in: 2017.4.15f1, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a9
Note: does not reproduce if exporting the attached file from Maya again, which implies about some sort of file corruption

Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
Seems to be a corrupted file case. Also, there is a timeout of three minutes for the import process. If the process hangs, the user will get the editor back after the timeout.
