[MaximizeOnPlay] Game view isn't re-scaled when entering play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Test"
3. Set game view aspect to "Standalone (1024 x 768)"
4. Notice that scale is lower than 1
5. Make sure that "Maximize on play" is enabled and run the scene
6. Notice that game view isn't stretched to 1024 x 768 resolution and scale which was set in editor is still applied during play mode
Expected result: Set scale is reset and game view is rendered in 1024 x 768 resolution
Workaround: When in play mode, manually set scale to 1
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b1, 5.4.0b18
