Materials Break when switching build Architecture
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached "Case 817898 repro" project
2. Open test scene
-- Take a look at the textured model
3. Go to build setting and change architecture from "x86" to "x86_64"
Results: Materials break (becomes pink)
Workaround: You need to re-import all assets to fix this issue.
Reproduced with: 5.4.0f3
Not reproducible with: 5.3.6f1, 5.3.5p7, 5.2.4f1

Although a workaround is possible, re-importing all assets takes a very long time. I need to re-import assets for each build target: Windows 64bit, 32bit, Mac Universal & Linux Universal. I need to re-import all of my assets 3 or 4 times when pushing an update.
