Materials appear white when importing model as .jas file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached 'importMaterialTest' project
2. Open the 'SampleScene'
3. Observe the 'Test (Jas)' GameObject in the Scene view
Expected result: The GameObject is pink and green
Actual result: The 'Test (Jas)' GameObject is white
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a7
Note:
- 'Cheetah3D' needs to be installed to import the .jas files
- The same model imported as .fbx appear in color

Latest issues
- Texture2D hash changes inside of an AssetBundle when rebuilding a SpriteAtlas bundle with an empty AssetPostprocessor Script enabled
- Aniso Level still applies when Generate MipMap is disabled in Texture Import Settings
- Mipmap Limit Groups long names are not truncated when creating a new Mipmap Limit Group with a long name

Resolution Note:
Due to a very low user base for .jas format and the fact that it can easily be avoided by exporting the file to .fbx file instead, we will not address this case at this time.
