[URP] Material with custom lighting Shader renders pink in the Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_63148” project
2. In the Build Settings press Build And Run
3 Observe the Player
Expected result: texture is not pink
Actual result: texture is pink
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.1.24f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.15f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a19
Couldn’t test with: 2022.2.0a1 - 2022.3.14f1 (due to null NullReferenceException from URP package)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible on Vulkan and OpenGLES Graphics API
- Reproducible on iOS, Android, and Windows Standalone Platforms (others not tested)
- Couldn’t find the fixed version due to errors in the Console

Resolution Note:

After reviewing the issue and the impact it has on our users our team has decided that this case will be resolved as "Won't Fix".This does not mean that the issue isn’t a legitimate bug, but instead that we are not able to prioritize the fix, at this time.
The issue has been resolved in 2022.2 and later versions.
The case will now be closed, and will not be reopened unless new information arises that would change the issue’s impact. Please let us know if you have additional information relating to the severity of this bug.
