Material properties are not overridden when the GameObject has a Mask Component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "MaskMaterialDoesntWork.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "TRY TO CHANGE MY MATERIAL VALUES!!!!" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Change the "O Color" property of the "Override Color" Component
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: GameObject's color is overridden and updated
Actual result: GameObject's color is not getting overridden
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a6
Note:
- The color property is overridden when entering Play Mode

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
The shader provided does not make use of ColorMask[_ColorMask] which is required for passing through the color. Without it the color is always static. Providing that it works as expected.
