Material artifacts with Depth Offset Shader when using AMD GPUs
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene” Scene
3. Inspect the Scene view
Expected result: No pixelated artifacts are seen on the material
Actual result: Pixelated artifacts are seen on the material
Reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.0b2, 2023.1.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (AMD RX 5700 XT, driver version 22.5.2)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 (RTX 3050 Ti), Windows 10 (Intel UHD Graphics 630), 11.6 MacOS (Intel UHD Graphics 630)
Note: Reproducible with DX11 and DX12
