MasterServer.RegisterHost() causes slowdown after 10 seconds
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene HostRegisterTest
3. Open profiler
4. Enter play mode and inspect the CPU usage
5. After 10 seconds it surges in "Overhead"
The updated networking system does not have this issue.

The bug is still in there after so long. This needs to be fixed the whole master server is useless due to this slowdown. Also it is one of these subtitles bugs that steal developers days of debugging to find.
