4.6.2f1 + Win7 here,
after 30+ crashes, I teared down my code piece by piece and finally found it in the MarkDynamic().

This crash made me a headache for last few days. It is happening after assigning a new vertices array to the mesh. DX11, Unity 4.5.2. Not 100%, I was unable to determine the reason why it sometimes works, but usually after some mesh processing and switching to a different mesh, it will crash.
