ManagedReferenceValue loses state when changed via the inspector at runtime and not in Inspector Debug Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "ManagedReferenceValueStateLoss.zip"
2. Open 'ButReportScene' in (Assets/BugReport folder)
3. Select 'Point Light 2D' GameObject
4. In Inspector expand 'Properties' > 'Element 1'
5. Enter PlayMode
6. Change the value of "Amplitude"
Actual results: A NullReferenceException is thrown in the Console window and "Target Transform" becomes null
Expected results: No error is thrown and "Target Transform" does not become null
Reproducible with -2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Notes:
Does not reproduce while in debug inspector mode.
