Main Preview Panel can be resized outside of the Shader Graph Window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a 3D URP Project
- In the Project Browser create a URP Shadergraph and open it
- Resize the Main Preview by the bottom right corner outside the Shader Graph Window
Actual results: The Main Preview Window can be resized further and outside the Shader Graph Window, sometimes obscuring the draggable parts of the Preview and the only way to resize it back is to undock the Window
Expected results: Resizing panels work the same way for all Shader Graph Windows panels, Blackboard and Graph Inspector panels have resizing restrictions so that the edges stay inside the Shader Graph Window at all times
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 10/11
