[MacOS] VideoPlayer Audio is out of Sync
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project 'videoproject.zip' from Google Drive
2. Open scene 'SampleScene'
3. Build and run the project
4. Observe
Expected result: Audio is heard synchronously with video (audio isn't early nor is late)
Actual result: Audio is heard early by 3-4 frames
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a6
Notes: Tests were done using two separate .mp4 video clips one of which is included in the project.

Same issue on Android builds. Works fine on IOS
