[macOS] Splash screen doesn't display progress in the dock
Older versions of unity would display progress in the dock. The new fancy splash screens don't do this on macOS.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a large project
2. Look at the dock while the splash screen is showing.

Unity shows up in the dock
Expected results:
Unity shows up in the dock with a little pie chart indicating progress
