[macOS] Keyboard input gets cached when application resumes active
Steps to reproduce:
- Move application to background;
- Press a key and hold;
- Move application to foreground, get focus;
- Release the key;
Actual results: Released key is reported as pressed in Input System
Expected results: Released key is reported as not active in Input System
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5
Tested on (OS): Apple M1 Max 26.2
