[macOS] [iOS] WebCamTexture dimensions requested on creation are not set right after calling Play()
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("1320637.zip")
2. Open "TestScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Check Console window to see if WebCamTexture width and height changed to the requested ones after Play()
Expected result: WebCamTexture width and height are set to the closest available dimensions, according to the requestedWidth and requestedHeight, right after Play()
Actual result: WebCamTexture remains at 16x16 width and height until didUpdateThisFrame() returns true for the first time
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a11
Notes:
- Reproduces on iOS, macOS
- Does not reproduce on Windows, Android. Does not reproduce in the sense that WebCamTexture dimensions are set to the requested ones immediately after calling Play() on the texture
