[macOS] Asset Importing process hangs on importing a .mov video file from a package
How to reproduce:
1. Download the tester-submitted package(Unity5.3.PlayMakerSamples.unitypackage)
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Import the package
Expected result: the package is imported successfully
Actual result: the importing process hangs on importing '../PlayTest.mov' and cannot be stopped via 'Cancel' or 'Skip All Transcoding' buttons
Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.14f1, 2019.2.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0f2, 2020.1.0a15
