[MacOS] Anchored button is not working when making windowed Player wider
How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the “UI_Resize_Window.zip“ project
2. Make the Player window wider and press the “Anchored“ button
3. Observe the result
Expected result: Button is interactable
Actual result: Button is not interactable
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Notes:
- Not reproducible in the Editor and in the Windows 11 Player
- Not reproducible if making the Player taller
- Button becomes interactable when changing the Player’s width back

This is still happening in 2022.1.11f1 windows 10 standalone.
