[Mac] Unity Crashes on loading when Particles Shape property is set to Mesh

How to reproduce:
1. Download my attached project "TestParticles.zip"
2. Open that project

Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: Unity Crashes

First three lines of the stack trace:
#0 0x00000100a639d4 in TriangleArea3D(Vector3f const&, Vector3f const&, Vector3f const&)
#1 0x00000100453db0 in ShapeModule::DidModifyMeshData()
#2 0x000001004510a7 in ShapeModule::AwakeFromLoad(ParticleSystem*, ParticleSystemReadOnlyState const&)

Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1

Note: Even when the Particles Shape Property is turned off, changing it to Mesh and adding mesh file "CFX_Mesh_Circular1.5" will cause a crash in all previous versions starting from 2018.2.0a4

    It's still crashing iOS devices like iPhone 5, iPad 2,3,4 in Unity 2018.2.18
