[Mac] Script recompilation window shows up but doesn't recompile scripts after focusing unity by clicking on the system tabs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "anyscript.cs"
3. Make sure that Unity is the selected app in one display (can notice that by the app name next to the mac icon in the top left corner of the screen)
4. Edit and save the script on another screen, to keep focus of Unity in the initial screen
5. Click on any of the Unity system tabs (like Edit)
Expected results: no loading or recompilation window appearing, since Unity was not selected
Actual results: As long as the tab dropdown is active, the script recompilation (or asset importing) window is shown, but the scripts are not recompiled, it's just stuck until you unselect the dropdown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0a11 (script recompilation is not triggered until you click on Unity itself, not just the tab options)
Notes:
- No repro on Linux

Resolution Note (2022.2.X):
Since all of the menu options from Unity systems tab are disabled, this behavior does not cause any further complications.
