[Mac] DownloadHandlerAudioClip.GetContent throws InvalidOperationException
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "scene01.unity" scene
3. Press Play
4. Write "Evolve.wav" into the Input Field
5. Press the "Button" Button
Actual result: InvalidOperationException is thrown.
Expected result: The audio clip is loaded.
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a6, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.1.7f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.29f1.
Notes:
Reproducible only on Mac.

Resolution Note:
UnityWebRequest takes URI as an argument, not file path. The file has to be prepended with file:// on Mac and with file:/// on Windows (best to pass it to Uri class and pass that to UWR or take the value of AbsoluteUri property).
