[M1] Player crashes when the project is built twice and the .app file is replaced on the second build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run the project
3. Build and run the project again, replacing the .app file
Expected result: Player is running
Actual result: Player crashes on startup
Reproducible with: 2021.2.19f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1 (Rosetta)
